كشفت أكاديمية فنون وعلوم الصور المتحركة "الأوسكار"، عن القائمة القصيرة لفئات بعض جوائزها ضمت 9 فئات من أصل 24 فئة.
ومن المقرر إعلان الترشيحات النهائية للجوائز في 13 يناير المقبل، على أن يقام حفل توزيع جوائز الأوسكار الأحد 9 فبراير 2019 بمسرح دولبي في هوليوود.
وسوف يتم الإعلان عن الأعمال الفائزة في الحفل السنوي في نسخته الـ92 يوم 9 فبراير المقبل.
وشملت قائمة الترشيحات 9 فئات هي: أفضل فيلم وثائقي، أفضل وثائقية قصير، فيلم ناطق بلغة أجنبية، الماكياج وتصفيفة الشعر، الموسيقى الأصلية، الأغنية الأصلية، فيلم رسوم متحركة قصير، فيلم لايف أكشن قصير، مؤثرات بصرية.

وكانت المفاجأة بتواجد الفيلم التونسي القصير "اخوان" للمخرجة مريام جبور، ضمن ترشيحات جائزة الأوسكار،الفيلم عُرض ضمن مسابقة الفيلم القصير لمهرجان مالمو للسينما العربية في دورته التاسعة شهر أكتوبر الماضي، وهو إنتاج سويدي مشترك جاءت ولادته في سوق مهرجان مالمو للسينما العربية حيث حصل على منحة التطوير.
